⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had honestly lost hope of ever getting my Jeep looking new again. Naples Auto Armour completely changed that. Night and day difference inside and out, and I’m genuinely in love with my Jeep again. What stood out just as much as the work was the team. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely passionate about what they do. They made all of my options clear and never tried to upsell me on services I didn’t need. They genuinely wanted to get me the best results and the best bang for my buck, and that’s hard to find. The coating is INSANE. The paint looks incredible, water beads up and rolls right off, and it’s so much easier to keep clean. My only regret is not getting it coated when the Jeep was brand new and protecting it from the Florida sun from day one. The interior blew me away too. I actually use my Jeep like a Jeep, and they got years of dirt and sand out of places I’ve tried cleaning countless times myself. All of our friends and family take our cars here. I just recently got my car tinted and it’s helped dramatically in the summer months and I’m about to get color change PPF! I’m so excited and of course I’m only trusting that job with the top installer, Mark!

Dropped my car off as soon as i picked it up from the dealer. I had full PPF, Ceramic coating, Wheels and calipers ceramic coated and window tint. Really helpful through the whole process and sent me regular updates and photos. Really impressed with the outcome and will be using them again.

Two attempts, two failed jobs. Don’t bring your new car here. I brought my brand-new vehicle the day after picking it up from the dealer to have their top-tier tint installed (XPEL PRIME XR PLUS SUPER CERAMIC TINT). What followed was two failed installations, wasted time, and I ultimately left without the service — and with adhesive residue still on my windshield. First installation: defective film. Had to be fully removed. Second installation: bubbled, uneven texture throughout — not flat, not properly adhered. I took my car elsewhere for a second opinion and was told immediately: poor installation, dried adhesive, bad workmanship. Naples Auto Armour tried to tell me it was “normal for large pieces.” It wasn’t normal. It was a bad job. The worst part wasn’t the mistake — it was that they tried to get me to accept it. Their solution: keep it as-is, or get a refund and they remove it. No real third option. No offer to make it right. The staff is friendly — I’ll give them that. But friendliness doesn’t make up for poor quality and dishonesty. Someone who doesn’t know better would have driven away with a defective windshield believing it was standard. I did a lot of research on Ceramic Coating and went with Naples Auto Armour. Very good communication and explanation of options to get a used black BMW looking better than a new one. I can tell a lot of pride of workmanship and customer service goes into every car they work on, kind of like it was one of their own cars. Look no more, go with Naples Auto Armour.
